Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1/4 tbsp salt
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 bananas
  • 1 cup nuts (optional)

Instructions

Blend dry ingredients. Add butter, stir in eggs, vanilla and bananas. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake on 300° for 45 minutes.
