Breakfast Pizza

It is easy to make.  It uses a precooked pizza shell as the base - I used Boboli.  I was worried that the egg mixture was going to run off the crust, but it didn't.  It baked up beautifully.  I really loved this!

Pesto Straws

You can’t beat something that can go from ingredients to finished product in under thirty minutes. These pesto straws are light and crisp, and would be a great accompaniment to a salad or bowl of spaghetti. Or dip them in a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar with cracked black pepper for a tasty appetizer.

BBQ Spiced Salmon

The salmon takes on lots of our favorite BBQ flavor and is perfectly crispy. Then topped with some bright and fresh sweetness and even a little spicy kick…

Broiled Tomatoes with Feta & Herbed Couscous

Here’s another use for those ripe summer tomatoes. Salty crumbled feta and tender herbed couscous make a satisfying filling for these easy stuffed tomatoes. They work well as a side dish next to grilled chicken or steak, or as a light main dish.

Summer Garden Orzo

This simple orzo side dish makes great use of two summer garden favorites - tomatoes and zucchini. Lightly toasting the orzo in olive oil, then simmering it in chicken broth brings out a nutty quality in the pasta. The dish is just as delicious when made ahead and served at room temperature, making it a nice choice for entertaining.

Savory Spinach Chicken

I created this quick recipe for one simply by using what I had in the refrigerator. Now it's a favorite of mine!

Country Green Beans

Fresh green beans are cooked with bacon, onion, and garlic for a delicious side dish."

Perfect Flat Iron Steak

This recipe was created from a combination of different recipes that I read when I was looking for the perfect iron steak. I combined, adjusted, and finally perfected it to my taste. I'm sure you will love it as well. After all it is perfection."

Smiling Caprese Salad

This no doubt is the easiest Caprese salad I have ever made, and it will make your guest smile! It screams delicious, plus you can make ahead of time which is something we all want more of. When making, you can also add all ingredients to a large resealable plastic bag. Mix and then pour into your serving bowls/glasses. Serve in a fun type of tall stem glass like a martini glass with some crostini on the side."

Outback Steakhouse Baked Potato

They have a magnificent salt crisp crust with a moist tender inside. You can make a baked potato just like they do, and it takes just an extra step or two to make your every day baked potato taste like it came from a steakhouse.
