We did cookies with Nellie and Tumeca after Thanksgiving. 

We also did cookies with Jeneve twice. Once as a donation for the Phelps Community Center and once for her friends and co-workers.

On cookie day: Maria, Garrett, Gerald, Gina, AnnMary, Clara(her boyfriend).

I don’t know how accurate all this is....I found some scratched notes and tried to put it all together a year later (that’s the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve said that)./

Two weeks before Christmas, Jeneve came over with Tim, Margot and Maggie Rose.

We made sponge cake Petit Fors, Butter Balls, Cornstarch and cutouts.

Maggie Rose made about 5 cookies with me and then said, “I have to go upstairs, I think I hear Grammy calling me.” When she got upstairs shel told Gram that she was bored downstairs and wanted to watch a movie with her.

Jen made up boxes for friends and co-workers. She made 7 or 8 and then called next week to ask for 2 more.

Dennis had a 1/4 sheet pan of sponge cake for Petit Fors. I also made the Neopolitans ahead.

Dennis had a Basic Dough done ahead; fig filling done ahead; ricotta done ahead.

The night before, Dennis Mixed:

On Baking Day:

Dennis made Fig and Ricotta cheese cookies, butter balls and Petit Fors.

Joan made Cornstarch, Pizzelle, Chocolate Cut-outs, Walnut Puffs and Gingerbread, Shortbread and sour cream drop cookies with Egg Nog icing.
